Comparative evaluation of efficacy of different endodontic file systems for removal of gutta percha from root canals using CBCT

Aim- To evaluate the removal of gutta percha by hand file system, rotary system and reciprocating from root canals using CBCT. Materials Method: Root 42 extracted human mandibular premolars were prepared ProTaper Universal then obturated. filling quality was confirmed on CBCT images. Specimens divided into 3 groups (n = 14) according to used for removal, group 1: H File, 2: MTwo retreatment file, 3:WaveOne file. Each specimen sent Analysis. Statistical Analysis Used: Evaluation data done statistically One-way Variance Tukey’s post hoc test. Results: There statistical difference in all (P>0.05). All systems demonstrated presence remnants material. Mean reduction volume GP after Group I 0.006mm3, II 0.002mm3 III 0.003mm3. Conclusion: The responsible a better canal material Retreatment followed WaveOne File.
